Hp Officejet 4650 Series Review - The four ink cartridges plug in behind the front panel, even though they have to go quite a way within the case and there's no favorable click to signify if they are set up.

The 50-sheet Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) is well integrated into the machine's lines and is fully duplex, which means you're able to produce double-sided copies in one job.

The installation is automatic and includes HP applets for scanning and a variant of I.R.I.S. OCR.  Cartridge installation is slightly fiddly, as the 2 cartridges (one black and the other tri-colour) slide in horizontally and then click up into place in the head carrier.  All of the front cover folds down to provide access to the print

The 68mm LCD touch panel, with committed touch buttons both sides has an easy, positive reply and works nicely with both control of the printer and also for display of photographs and downloadable apps out of HP Connected.  It's also beneficial in sending and receiving faxes and exhibits a touch number pad.

 The many, individual pieces of protective film from all the shine panels are a bit of a hassle when unpacking, however.

In the back are a USB socket and others for telephone line and a third party handset.  Most people will pick the wireless connection, though, which comes as standard and is simple to establish, provided that you can position the HP Officejet Pro 8620 close enough to your PC to temporarily connect the supplied USB cable.

The 250-sheet paper tray in the base is a little hard to extract, since the slot for your palms is marginally too small for the adult male hand to have a fantastic grip.   On the left of this tray is a single USB socket, where you can plug a USB drive for downloading photos or downloading scans.
